Meet Our Team
Coming from a corporate background, working within major companies throughout the world from the IT sector, through to the Investment Banking World; Andrew has a broad range of experience. He has been in Australia now for more than 25 years, and has spent at least a dozen of those years within the investments arena.
As the founder of Oracle, he based it around two main principles; firstly, that there was a huge proportion of the population, (especially the blue collar working population), whom had no idea that; as he puts it, “You do not have to be rich to make money for yourself and your family”, and secondly, that “The client will always come first”.
Charles PeakeManaging Director
As an entrepreneur from an early age, Charles began his career in the South Eastern suburbs working in both leasing and sales whilst he was a student at RMIT. He graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science; Majoring in Property.
After completing his degree, he decided to move towards the property asset market, and completed his full Real Estate license; enabling him to own and run his own business’s. During the course of his degree, he worked for a number of financial institutions, and concluded studies overseas in the Netherlands.
Charles has worked alongside some of Australia’s bigger financiers, builders and developers in which has given him the ability to collaborate a diverse set of skills across the frontiers of Oracle FP. Charles has dedicated himself to the management of the Oracle clientele and uses his unique abilities to grow and aid people in setting themselves up for success.
Anita TrostCustomer Relations Manager
After graduation with a B.A. (Recreation) back in the ‘80s, Anita found her forte in sales, working for companies such as Australian Directory Services (Yellow Pages), DHL & Yalumba Wines. Later down the track, she then went to work in hospitality as a Maître D’ and after many years of working odd hours, she acquired her Agents Representative License with REIV, leading to her joining us here at Oracle. With her sales and customer service background she thoroughly enjoys her client liaison role she has here with us.
On a personal note; Anita loves reading, food & wine, walking and bike riding, as well as taking care of her family!
Cleo Von TrappBusiness Development Manager
Cleo has over 30 years of experience within the finance industry. She has worked for a number of accounting firms before she decided to change her career. Entering the financial industry back in the 1980s, she has worked within some of the largest institutions such as; Prudential, National Mutual, and AMP.
Cleo has been with us from the beginning, and is an experienced, professional and results focused member of the team. She manages our Assessors & Consultants, and has been highly successful at creating business opportunities.
Emily LentonOperations Manager
Emily works closely with our Directors, and oversees the business; primarily focusing on the finance and settlement aspects.
Prior to joining Oracle FP, Emily lived in Cambridge, where she studied Business and Business Management.
After moving back to Melbourne, she worked with a few Financial Planning companies, then moved with us to Oracle FP, locking in her passion with the property and financial sector.
Having worked in nearly all aspects of this business, we’ve found Emily’s a big fan of organisation, with a spreadsheet for pretty much anything; both in her professional and personal life!
Ben ThomasMarketing Executive
Ben has an impressive track record in delivering excellent outcomes and exceeding the expectations of his clients. With his extensive experience of over 10 years in the industry, specialising in investment properties.
A people person with a sense of fun and genuine desire to help individuals, Ben is respected for his organisational skills and attention to detail.
He believes that “Buying or investing in property is a serious matter which requires great diligence, but it’s also about people and I believe the human element should never be undervalued.”
Living and growing up in the Bayside area has given Ben a unique insight and appreciation of everything that Melbourne can offer.
In his leisure hours Ben enjoys sharing time with family and friends entertaining and experiencing what the world has to offer.
Meesh HallProject Coordinator
Meesh comes to us with over 15 years customer service experience. She is passionate about the construction industry and has worked with a number of major builders which gives her a wealth of industry knowledge and a unique client focus. Meesh is enthusiastic about health & fitness and is constantly pushing herself for excellence in her sporting career.
Jani LiebenbergClient Property Coordinator
Jani is an avid traveller and enjoys the challenging environment the business world offers. She is equipped with a Diploma in Business and she has vast cultural knowledge which she gained from living & working abroad. Growing up in South Africa, she moved to New Zealand at the age of 10, but now calls Melbourne home and it’s where her journey began in the Real Estate and Property industry.
Her most recent role in a small firm, led her to acquire her Agents Representative Course at REIV, further igniting her passion. Her experience in customer and sales related roles, made the move to her role as Client Property Coordinator a natural one. Jani understands the importance of being proactive and making sure her clients are happy is what ultimately drives her. Jani lives by the motto ‘do something today that your future self will thank you for’.
Studying Beauty Therapy and working in the field for 7 years, Mhairi decided it was time for a change in career.
With a willingness to learn and try new things, and a keen interest in finance, she is now our helpful hand on Reception. Mhairi has excellent communication and customer service skills and works in a professional manner.
